Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy is a beautiful and natural condition, but for most women, pregnancy is a mixed bag of physical, emotional and spiritual concerns which can include aches and pains, overwhelming tiredness, nausea and mood swings. Massage sessions can bring back a sense of body/mind integration, putting you into a state of relaxation and calm acceptance of your continually-evolving form.
Even women who have never been drawn to having a massage in their life before will be delighted with the way that this gentle, non-invasive massage can relieve some of the discomfort and pain of pregnancy, ease their stress and enhance their relationship with their body and unborn child.
A side-lying position enables a gentle massage to be carried out on the couch and the use of pillows and cushions ensures that you are fully supported and comfortable at all times. A detailed medical history is taken which enables an appropriate treatment plan to be created.
