Q: Who is Tickled Pink Holistics?

A: Tickled Pink Holistics was set up by Rachel Warner in December 2003. Rachel gave up working in the hospitality industry in 2002 to become a holistic therapist and has continued to develop her existing skills and further her professional training. She is a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists and is Fully Insured.

Q: What is the treatment room like?

A: The treatment room itself is warm, bright and cosy and has often been described by clients as a type of 'sanctuary' due to the calming, relaxing atmosphere experienced. It is very peaceful and is an ideal environment in which to receive holistic therapies.

Q: Can I still have a treatment if I'm pregnant?

A: Once the pregnancy is well established at 12 weeks, treatments can be given safely.

Q: Do you treat men?

A: Yes, I do, but only through referral. Many men come for treatment via their partners, or by referral through existing clients.

Q Do I have to undress completely?

A: For a full body massage you are required to undress as far as your underwear but are provided with several towels to cover yourself with to maintain privacy. Your level of comfort will be respected at all times.

Q: I have ticklish feet; will reflexology be suitable for me?

A: The pressure used during a reflexology treatment is firm, without being painful, and not at all ticklish!
