Tickled Pink Holistics, based in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, provide a wide range of holistic treatments specifically tailored to meet their client's needs. A typical session could include massage therapy, trigger point release, reflexology, acupressure and even Thai massage techniques.... there are no hard and fast rules or set routines... we take an intuitive approach to body work and aim to combine a highly effective blend of Eastern and Western massage approaches.

New to Tickled Pink...

‘Table Thai’ Massage an energy-based technique which is based on Thai massage techniques that have been specifically adapted to the massage table. It is a one-hour full-body treatment given through the clothes using a combination of powerful compression and palming techniques to work muscles, and the fantastic yoga-type stretches can be used to increase flexibility and revitalise the body  - 1 hour session costs £45.00.

Therapeutic Massage... using a combination of advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue, acupressure and soft tissue techniques to provide relief from muscular aches and pains.

Aromatherapy Massage... using a blend of pure essential oils selected especially for you used in conjunction with a range of lymphatic drainage, soft tissue and acupressure techniques to bring about deep relaxation.

Reflexology... an ancient technique of treating the whole body by applying pressure to specific reflex points in the feet. Effective for general well-being, stress, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders and insomnia.

Maternity Services

Pregnancy Massage... a specialized, gentle, non-invasive massage which uses a combination of soft tissue and reflexology techniques to provide relief from back pain, leg cramps, sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome, lower blood pressure, relieve indigestion, nausea and can help with sleeping difficulties and aid relaxation.

Maternity Reflexology... specialised treatment which can be used pre-conceptually, during pregnancy and postnatally. It can help alleviate morning sickness, insomnia, oedema, headaches, migraine, fatigue and exhaustion, high blood pressure, backache and sciatica, and is perhaps one of the most deeply relaxing treatments you may experience.

Baby Massage Classes... 5-week courses run regularly in Hartley Wintney. Baby massage introduced as part of a routine can help baby’s to sleep better, aid digestion, help relieve colic, strengthen the immune system, develop muscle tone and co-ordination and promote bonding. Classes are kept small and are relaxed, fun and informal. Private one-to-one sessions available, please contact me for further information.
